Most of those "bugs" are kind of "translucent/white" and there shouldn't
be a reason for them to be burning into your screen; unless you're keeping
the tv running 24/7 on the same channel for months and months.

If that's the case, there's a slim maybe that one of those logos could get
burned in your screen.

I'm much more concerned about the practice of some TV networks
(particularly Telemundo) slapping ads in the bottom left hand corner of
the screen during a program. Now THAT borders on disgusting!!
