Orchestra. Museums. Libraries. Public Service Programming.

The Boston Symphony Orchestra, Museum of Fine Arts,
Science Museum and other important local institutions
get air time on radio.

But one of my favorites Boston Public Library doesn't
because the Media Office there has been too difficult
an operation turning off those who have tried to work
with them.

The dozen or so Boston Public Library Departments
Curators like BPL Government Documents and Microtext's
Henry Scannell hscannell@bpl.org and BPL
Telephone Reference Desk's Sally Beecher sbeecher@bpl.org
would make for interesting interviews

Do consider letting programming types out there know
about these less well known experts whom the
interviewer could approach more directly rather
avoiding the BPL Media Office people as much as
possible.
