What do you mean by "it" in the second sentence of the
first paragraph? Do you mean the clearest part of the
band or the part of the band that produces the loudest
Undefined pronouns are the bane of technical writers'
existence. Better to sound repetitious and be clear than
to write something that sounds nice but is ambiguous.
Use the noun, not the pronoun.
