Did WPAA Andover Ma 91.7 ever up there power above
flea power (10 watts?). I remember in the early 1980's
the FCC stongly recommended these very low power FM
stations up their power / classification or very
likely get bumped into unprotected status.

When I used to work in Shawsheen Village in Andover
about 4 miles north of WPAA I could get them with some
difficulty. Now that I'm on the banks of the Merrimack
River in Andover (across the street from Roger), and I
don't ever hear them.
