The "pre-empting" of Not-a-Dr on WRKO may have something to do witht he fact
that Barnicle is on 96.9.  While the rating show their impact is
minimal....I don' think WRKO wants to run 3 hours of Dr. Laura while
Barnicle is talking presidential politics locally on 96.9.
