Nope! You're right about the 1-kW day power, but the 
night power is 85W--quite close to the 60W I guessed. If 
WBTN doesn't power down at sunset that ought to be their 
problem. And it _is_ as problem for WFEA, WDEA (or 
whatever the current calls), WXXI, WSPD and other legacy 
stations on 1370 in the Northeast.
