I don't know if this would be a gain or a loss for fans of this 
station.  WLOB has a much stronger signal than the current WCLZ, but 
it is also located in Rumford in the middle of nowhere, so I don't 
know how listenable this will be in the costal areas where WCLZ is 
strong now.
