I don't know what his "offense" was, but he was talking about his
"suspension" prior to it taking effect.  Seems to me if he did something
serious enough to warrant a suspension that it would be immediate and not
a few days later giving Morin time to 
promo it on the air.  Smells like a publicity stunt to me.
