Although they don't run commercials, I believe they have a commercial 
license and are in the commercial part of the FM broadcast band.  I 
believe they qualify as a commercial station in the same way that WJIB 
qualifies as a commercial station (although WJIB does occasionally run ads 
for Cambridge Self-Storage, its landlord.  I heard another one Friday.).
