Any station that runs "Imus in the Morning" is not going after a minority
audience (see http://www.tompaine.com.)  By the same token, does Star 93.7
explicitly target African-American listeners?  Remember when 1150 briefly
caused a small stir with its "black gold" format?  That was the role I was
speculating on for WILD.
