At WWLP (22 Springfield) we start our programming log at 5am, 

along with the 

various other logs (Transmitter, Water Well, Two Way Radio) so

that all our paper work is matching 5am to 5am. 

On Sunday over-nights/Monday Morning we sign off for transmitter 

maitnence at 1:05am until 5am.
