A slight correction here.  Although Chicago is the #2 city in the US, 
it's the #3 market.  Los Angeles's suburbs are much larger than 
Chicago's, boosting LA into the #2 market position.

But, I agree with the gist of Dan's post, that the most valued 
station is most likely in the biggest market, and likely an FM.
