Good Commercial Placement

One of the top stories on WBZ radio this morning was about the radar 
failure at Logan Airport.  This was immediately followed by a weather 
forecast sponsored by T.F. Green (Providence) Airport.  Was this a result 
of a sales department that was really on the ball or was it just luck?
