        If Mr. Gallant is correct and WBZ were to start using the CBS
hourly, they would need to move it from the 3s. If you run a network, you
need to set that every-10-minute time at something  that's not 0,1,2,3, or
4. The logical alternative for them, I guess, would be on the 10s.
