Re: Boston TV memories?



I can remember seeing Major Mudd make a personal appearance at a local
CB-Jamboree-thing (oh, I'm so embarrassed) in  the summer of '73.  I
remember that he let one of the "kids" there hit him in the face with a
pie...  The crowd roared.  I think he passed away within a year of that.

Does anyone remember the Captain America guy who hosted the Marvel
Superheroes cartoon show, weekday afternoons on Channel 7?  This was
probably late 60s.  He used the slogan, "Face Front," which was taken from
the original Marvel Comics of that time.
