WQBJ to St. Johnsville

Has anyone wondered why Clear Channel wants to
move WQBJ (103.5) from Cobleskill, N.Y. to St.
Johnsville, N.Y. (which is about 15 miles farther
west).  Here's what my idea is as to why they
want to do this: They want to move WQBJ so it
could be a force in Utica and they will break it
away from WQBK (103.9 Rensselaer, N.Y.), the
station they are currently simulcasting.  

This move would also allow WQBK to move from
their current transmitter site just south of
Albany to the Camp Pinnacle site of numerous
Albany FM stations (which is about 15 miles west
of Albany).  This would give WQBK more of a
signal in all the market and not just in Albany
and Troy.  If WQBJ were to stay where they are, I
don't think WQBK could move to the Camp Pinnacle
site without being short-spaced.

Any thoughts?
