Schedule now 9-12 a.m. Dr. Joy Browne, 12-1 p.m. local news block, 1-4 p.m. Dr. Laura, who had previously held the 9-12 spot. The station management was very clear in their responses to irate fans that the Rush drop was due to a ratings decline, not part of a "vast right wing conspiracy."
