	However, his voice could use SERIOUS work.  Bill Clinton
can get annoying to listen to after 5 minutes (maybe less, sometimes).
Why does he sound like that? Did he smoke a lot when he was younger and
these are the aftereffects of heavy tobacco (or other substance) use?
He sounds very very hoarse.
