Re: FNX in Providence?
I'm not sending this through my regular E-Mail server. To respond, reply
to: <notquite@hotmail.com>. Thanks!
Given the article from All Access, I have one question: Who will be the
FNX affiliate in Providence?
Isn't WWRX-103.7 up for sale?
It would certainly bring FNX's signal through Rhode Island and southeast
Massachusetts, and maybe even up into Worcester (although they might
make a run to buy 98.9).
I wonder if FNX may also try to b uy WATD-95.9 in Marshfield and it's
sister station on the Cape to extend the signal on the South Shore and
Cape.
And could Springfield and/or Hartford be next?
If FNX indeed expands it's presence with alternative rock throughout New
England, could this give WBCN an "out" to switch to "extreme" talk?
