Both stations within the same general area of the band.  On the plus

I still remember the single dash speaker AM push-button radio in
Dad's '63 Belaire (somewhat tan), then the '66 Buick station wagon
(lime green, of course), then the '70 Impala (faded blue).  (See the
pattern here?  And they were all driven to the dirt, of course.)  It
seems those radios could pull in just about anything.  But, then
again, I was just a kiddo.  I remember my Mom saying that we "should
not listen to that station way down the dial on the right (Wumex). 
And that one way down to the left is not much better (Now Radio)." 
(File Under: There Are Never New Problems...)  So, from Dracut, MA,
it was pretty much 'HDH, 'BZ, 'CAP, 'LLH and 'EEI. CHoices?  We
don't need no stinkin' choi...
