New WDNB (former WWHW) now fully on air

A few days ago, the incessantly testing WDNB/102.1 Jeffersonville, NY signed 
on with a part local/part AP news format as "All News 102". They've been 
promoting throught Sullivan County and also are running a contest in which 
$102 is given away per hour during weekdays.

AFIAK, they broadcast in mono (like they did during part of the stunting). 
That's all known for now.
