Call-letter goof (Was Re; All-news format)

        Yes, I know I sent a post using the old call letters, CIQC, rather
than the new ones, CINW.
        And, yes, I'm also the one who recently called WQEW WQXR and called
WEVD WHN.
        I want the rules in both nations amended so no station can ever
change its call letters again.
