With Vermont Public radio all in a quandry about what to do with AM
1370, here's a tip (or suggestion):

Send someone down here to New York City to scopoe out WNYC-AM/FM.

You'll see what this public broadcaster can do with both channels.  Both
are solidly programmed stations.  There's no need to sell the station.

What they could do was turn AM-1370 into a news-talk/info outlet while they
use their FM station for more music programming, just like WNYC does.

Would it be feasable?


Speaking of music....is Morning Pro Musica still around?  I remember
hearing how it's time slot was seriously chopped down. :(
