and that's why they (commercial owners) are concerned, as the listeners will
find an LPFM that they might like, and then needn't worry about sitting
through those tiresome, revenue producting messages. the ratings services
will have to account for all of the listeners actual monitoring habits
eventually. and the advertiser will no doubt wonder him/herself as to what
kind of reach they'll be getting for the buck.
