WRNI already holds a CP, I believe, to increase to 10 kW-N. Requires moving
one of the three towers a few feet. Supposedly, an application is in the
works to also increase D power to 10 kW, but I have not seen anything about
it at either the FCC or Kodis Web sites. I assume that if a change in D
power is also planned, WRNI won't start construction on the upgrade until
the FCC has approved both applications. Could be a while--especially if the
neighbors sue to block relocation of the tower.
