This is a separate computer that travels from market to market when Citadel
changes a format ... it's known as the "atomic clock" in the group. It is not
part of the hard drive music delivery system.
The "random phrases" that occur between the time announcements can be
customized for the market, although there are some standard stock phrases
that come with it when it arrives in a new market.

We used it in Little Rock and it created a nice street buzz when we flipped
107.7 to Modern A/C "Alice", from religious.
