Canadian Radio/TV listings

Does anybody know of a good web-site, or other address where I can get a
complete listing of Canadian Radio and TV stations,with power and
antenna data? (FM Atlas and M Street Directory are OK, but I'm looking
for more detailed listings.

There was a site  produced by a New Brunswick DXer  with stations just
for the Maritime Provinces which I had in my files, but it is no longer
avail.

Anybody got any  suggestions?

I've tried CRTC and CBC homepages, but they aren't very complete.
