Seems kinda silly to me.   Any company who pulls a stunt like that apparently 
has no regards for their current audience (that is now gone).   Weren't they 
getting at least a 2.5 in the Portland ratings?     Can't imagine ANY new 
format that couldn't use that 2.5 as a base (unless they're going all talk).
