Unless they end up interfering with themselves, I'd say the latter. Frankly, I
think the FCC should reconsider the licenses of all translators when a main
transmitter move improves signal in the area the translator is supposed to
cover. That way maybe some LPFM allocations can be opened up. The way the
rules work now they seem to reinforce the dominance of the airwaves by
corporate and public broadcasters with powerful representation in Washington.
