The Curse of the Bittner

People living in the Boston area are acquainted with
the Curse of the Bambino...the failure of the Red Flops
to achieve baseball Nirvana.  Some have suggested that
the Curse of the Bermuda Triangle has moved North to 
the ocean south of New England where airplanes 
commercial and private (JFK Jr) have met their 
doom.  (Joke in bad taste:  The FAA reported that 
EgyptAir flight 990 went into a nearly perfect 
dive after the automatic pilot was disabled...but
the Russian judge gave it a 5-point-O.)  But these
pale to insignificance before the terrifying Curse
of the Bittner.  Bob himself has stated on LTAR that
if he likes a station's format or a particular show,
then it's likely to disappear.  Well, last week he
complimented Lindsay Parker, host of the morning
drive financial show on mighty 1120 WBNW. Where is
she now?  Collecting unemployment somewhere! Uh-oh...
he's also a fan of Jay Severin on the station that
dared not say its name.  Sorry Jay.
