Ahhh, so *that's* who "98.3, Star-FM" is (when I first logged them back
in early April, I thought that maybe the FL station had started // a
local FM).  From what I've caught, format-wise, they seem to be
primarily "hits of the 70s" (a la WROR), with some 80s-90s (and a few
currents?) mixed in.
