*UPDATE* Unidad Christian OFF THE AIR

My corrections:

First off this is off a press release we were faxed at work.

I got a chance to drive by the "station" today. It was located behind this old abandoned church at the corner of Carew and Dwight St in Springfield. On the roof of the one story building is a 30-40' tall mast with antenna which looks like a standard two way antenna on the top of it. The building is run down and has a sign on the front which is all spanish except one word which is faded and Pentacostal. I know that the FCC was in town for a month or so in the Spring. Though I do not know what this station's ERP was, their signal could be heard into Westfield, some 6 miles away.

IMHO, I am glad to see it gone, 94.3 was one of the few channels left where I could DX around here.
