1060's next owner

I may have figured out the most likely candidate to buy 
1060 after the new talk format goes belly up. I think 
the _next_ format (the one _after_ the one that will 
follow brokered religion) will be brokered talk, and the 
owner will be the outfit that owns WALE in Providence 
and KCCF in Cave Creek (Phoenix) AZ. I forget the name 
of the guy who heads the outfit, but he seems to have a 
penchant for AMs that have high-power daytime signals 
and marginal night signals. At least that's what I infer 
from the properties he already owns. Such stations have 
not seen the same degree of inflation in selling prices 
that AMs with better facilities have seen, and I guess 
he knows how to make them turn a profit.
