yes there are several stations going to stay or move to VHF-DT.

Including the following in New England...

WPRI-DT (13), WTNH-DT (10), WTXX-DT (12), WWLP-DT (11), WTIC-DT (5), and
WPXT-DT (4).

ALL the digital channels.
