I noticed that WCAP's recievers all went bat-poop at about 1730 both
yesterday and today, from all bird receivers at the same time.  First
thought it was due to the AP techs on the roof installing a new dish,
up and down with coax, etc.  But when it happened today, as well, it
explained it.  Not sunspots, is it?
