well first of all was WVBF available at the time?
these phantom call letter moves never seem to work anyways ( look at
WMEX-1150 )
also on the topic of "parking" call letters could Westinghouse/CBS/Infinity
request the call letters WFAN-FM in Boston if they decided to go that route?
