It's a cosmetic thing. Raising power from 1.2 kw ERP to 1.8 kw. Going down
the tower to reduce the HAAT from 160 meters to 156. Both power levels are
the maximum allowed by FCC rules for Class A FMs, equivalent to 6 kw ERP at
100 meters.
