Interesting that you'd ask as I've wondered if ABC Radio is doing some
different things atop the hour.  The time-tone for WCAP is tripped (by
interface) when it reads "00" (the inaudible cue for one of their
netcasts - Info.) but it's also been tripping between :58 and :59
intermittently.
