I can understand that.  I think advertisers perceive that in-office
listening is likely to be of the ``wallpaper'' variety, whereas
listeners in the car doing errands are more likely to be receptive to
the advertiser's message.  People don't often go shopping at the
beginning of the work week, and my impression of WCRB's local spot
traffic is that it is dominated by retail establishments.  (You can
usually tell national agency spots because they sound so
out-of-place...)
