As for Mega, any word on where they intend to go in terms of local
committment to the COLs of their (essentially) repeater stations?  If
WARE doesn't hit Springfield, it would be a city Mega not only doesn't
intend to serve, but doesn't intend to sell within!  Perhaps they have
plans for a Spr. station down the road, and this will get them started
in that direction.
