Thats fine, as long as the legal is in there before the signoff, and it
should be the first thing done at sign-on.  Virtually no daytimers or
non-continuously broadcasting stations nowadays seem to do this
correctly.  Often the transmitter is fired up in the middle of some
satellite programming, and the legal isn't done until the top of the
hour.
