Could someone explain this to me?   Was the license available (because of
renewal) and are these groups looking to get it OR are they looking to yank
the license from CVY (community service/lack of comm. serv. complaints,
etc.)?

And, how would one go about finding out when a station's licence is up for
renewal?

Just curious red tape BS questions...
