Re: 96.9



I grew up in Eastern Connecticut, and Boston signals rarely penetrated
that far south and west, but two would pop up on a regular basis--96.9 and
92.9.  Seems strange since these two frequencies have trouble covering
their own home market as well as some of the other stations in town.  It's
probably due to the fact that both frequencies did not have any co-channel
or first adjacents in Connecticut to worry about.
