Right.  And then Mel can make all the roadways toll roads.  And in
conjunction with his campaign to eliminate cell phone use in cars, this
will not only increase radio listening on the roads, but cause traffic to
flow more smoothly, facilitating more roadway utilization, downsizing of
the traffic networks, and etc.

But I digress.
