Looks like there will be only one traffic service after
Dave Saperstein(Metro's boss) converts his 53% stake in MN
into 1.5 x Westwood One stock. Shadow is already in 'strategic
partnership' with Boston-based SmartRoutes.

Busy day for Mel so far. He also bought Switchboard.com.
