FOX TELEVISION STATIONS, INC.  Notified Fox Television Stations, license of
 WFXT(TV), Boston of an apparent liability for forfeiture in the amount of
 $12,500, for repeated violation of the Commission's rule limiting the
 amount of commercial matter that maybe aired during children's
 programming; and conditionally granted the station's license renewal.
