Cumulus Media donates WHQO to Maine Public Radio

It has been announced that Cumulus Media is donating WHQO Skowhegan to Maine 
Public Radio.

This move is meant to ensure FCC approval of their other purchases in the 
Augusta/Waterville market.  WHQO has been simulcasting the sports programing 
of WSKW-AM and recently WIGY Madison has stopped simulcasting WABK and is now 
simulcasting WSKW so there will remain an AM/FM sports combo in the market.
