940 Montreal is gone

As of two nights ago, 940 from Montreal is gone from the airwaves, with the
CBC having switched their "Radio One" service to FM.  So, 940 is probably a
good target for the DX'ers for a while, at least until the CTRC licenses
another station for this frequency.  I think there are several competing
applications.
