I don't question that for a moment, but, on the other hand, he is an active
member and can articulate what the issues are.  When you get actors such as
Meryl, she doesn't have a real clue and all she can do is read what is
essentially a prepared script.  I would dare say that Heston knows far more
about gun issues as a whole than Meryl knew about Alar or Ted Dansen knew
about marine biology.

I'm not saying that you have to agree with the NRA.  I'm using it as an
example to make my point.
