Started in the summer of 1950, with Gene Jones as host.  It ran for 37
years, with Dave Maynard taking over in the late 60s, as I recall...  But
the question on LTAR was not about the longest running TV show of all time,
was it? I thought it was about the longest running news or public affairs
show...
